The keyboard works, sounds and feels amazing. The unboxing experience also felt premium. My only complaints are that images need to be below 2mb and gifs below 10mb. Why? Uploading gifs on this keyboard is actually really fast compared to other keyboards with screens, so I don't understand this limitation. And the included switch puller could be better. Other than that an amazing and premium keyboard.

just got it today, this is by far the most premium keyboard ive ever owned. its got some weight to it and the keys sound so nice, its a mix of thack and thock, im super excited to use the features, the look of the keyboard is exactly what ive always wanted

Im absolutely love this keyboard. Like damn. It so thocky for a prebuilt keyboard. If I have money I will buy another one just to keep as a spare. The customer service is outstanding as well. Now im going buy a custom usb cable from them for my Cen 80 Love it.

The keyboard I purchased, the Centauri 80, was worth more than its price. The key switch has a pleasant sound when pressed. The additional features of the Superkey are also advantageous in games like Valolant. What I particularly like is the appearance; it's futuristic and cool, and makes you want to touch it. It's the best keyboard I've ever purchased.
I was looking in the mechanical keyboard section of Reddit and saw people buying Wooting and keychron while in Micro Center. I saw Melgeek and looked them up and saw they offer HE and the keyboard just looked perfect for me. I ordered the Centauri 80 as I felt it was perfect for me. Keys feel amazing right out of the box, the sleek design, backlighting, just everything is how wanted it. Hive is also amazing coming from ASUS Armoury crate and all that bloatware. Melgeek has definitely done this right and they have a customer for life.

Which Centauri layout should I choose, 60% or 80%?
Choose Centauri60 if you want more mouse space, compact control, and a cleaner FPS setup. It uses a 66-key layout with a precision knob and action key, while keeping the same Hall Effect gaming performance as Centauri80.Choose Centauri80 if you want an 83-key layout, more direct key access, and the 1.78-inch 325 PPI OLED touchscreen. It fits users who want screen interaction, display personalization, and a stronger Super Dock control experience.
Does Rapid Trigger need software running in the background?
No. Rapid Trigger settings are saved to onboard memory after setup in MelGeek Hive. You can adjust RT through MelGeek Hive Web or the desktop app, then use the keyboard without keeping the driver open.
