15-Day No Reason Money Back Guarantee

We proudly offer a 15-day no-reason return policy for eligible items. To initiate a return, please follow these guidelines:

- The item must be in the same condition as received: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Returns can be requested within 15 days of receiving the item.

If the return is initiated by the customer (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item), the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility. The specific fee will depend on the courier you choose.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., the product arrived damaged or the wrong item was received), we will cover the return shipping fee.

 Returns sent without prior communication may not be processed correctly by our warehouse.

30-Day Free Warranty Policy

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We promise you to enjoy a 30-day free replacement & return service. Please follow these guidelines:

- In case the item was delivered in a damaged condition, we kindly request your assistance in providing photos that clearly show the extent of the damage. This will aid us in processing the carrier claim efficiently.
- Replacement or return can be requested within 30 days of receiving the item.

Important Note:

You will be required to cover the shipping and customs fees for returning the package to us. Upon receipt of the package, MelGeek will reimburse you for these fees.

1-Year Warranty Policy

Products purchased from melgeek.com will have a 1 year warranty period after receiving the package. If anything goes wrong with any of the keyboard components during the warranty period, we will replace the keyboard's defective parts, not the whole keyboard. The warranty does not cover the following situations:

- Damage caused by the owner attempting to fix or alter the product.
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alterations, or unauthorized repairs.
- Natural depreciation over time.
