Return & Refund Policy
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. We usually ship within 1-3 days. If your order has been successfully canceled, our customer service will notify you. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. You will need to wait to receive your order and then send it back to our return address to obtain a refund.

We accept the return of products by mail. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 90 days for a refund (below exceptions apply).
· If 90 days have gone by since receiving your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
· To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, saleable, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
· We do not refund items sent to an incorrect address given by the customer. Please make sure that the address you provide is accurate.
· Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- You need to pay for the return fee and provide us with an accurate tracking number to ensure that we can receive the old goods.
Missing item(s), wrong item(s) or incorrect package sent
During delivery, please make sure the package is in good condition (no sign of being opened) and confirm the contents before signing the package.
For any issues, please contact us and follow our warranty process:
1. Provide your order number.
2. Please send us a clear picture of the outer packaging, all shipping labels visible, and (if applicable) the item received.
Possible Solutions after the problem is confirmed by Melgeek:
If there is an item missing, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period.
If we have shipped the wrong item, we will either refund you in full or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available) and Melgeek will decide whether you need to return the wrong product or not.
