- You may request a return within 15 days of receiving the product.
- Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

0–30 Days – Quality Issues
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the product if a manufacturing defect is found.
- Return Shipping: We cover the shipping cost for quality-related returns.
- Resolution Process: We will first send replacement parts to resolve the issue. If the problem cannot be fixed with replacement parts, you may request a full product replacement or a refund.
After 30 Days (Within Warranty Period) – Quality Issues Only
- Returns are not eligible for refund after 30 days.
- We will provide replacement parts to fix quality issues within the warranty period.
- Full product replacement or refund is generally not offered unless the product cannot be repaired.
REFUND POLICY
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order for a full refund if the request is made prior to shipment and within our designated cancellation window. Once the order has been dispatched, the standard return policy applies.
2. 15-Day Returns
