I Can't connect my 2.4G dongle

Make sure your keyboard’s firmware is updated to the latest version.

Steps to connect:

  1. Plug the 2.4G dongle (receiver) into your computer — ideally into a host USB port.
  2. Switch your keyboard to 2.4G mode.
  3. The keyboard will start auto-pairing, and the indicator will stay green once connected.

If it still can’t connect:

  • Try repairing the dongle, then press BT + 0 or FN + Backspace for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode.
  • If the issue persists, try using a different dongle or different settings to check if the problem is with the dongle.
  • You can also contact customer service and provide the firmware versions of both the keyboard and the dongle for further assistance.
