What are your shipping times?

Can I change or cancel my order?
You can contact us to request a change or cancellation before the order is shipped. However, due to time zone differences and order processing times, we cannot guarantee the request will be completed in time.
What is your warranty policy?
Products purchased from melgeek.com will have a 1-years warranty period after eceiving the order. (MADE series will have a 2-year warranty).
If anything goes wrong with any of the keyboard components during the warranty period, we will replace the keyboard's efective parts, not the whole keyboard.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Please contact our customer support at support@melgeek.com and provide the reason for the return or exchange. Based on the issue, we’ll assist you with a replacement part or a product exchange.
How does the refund process work?
