Currently, all our keyboards use the ANSI layout. You can customize key mappings to your preferred layout via Hive software.

Yes, our magnetic switch keyboards support advanced features such as SOCD (Simultaneous Opposite Cardinal Direction) cleaning and Rapid Trigger for enhanced gaming performance.

Are your keyboards compatible with different operating systems and devices?

Yes, our keyboards are compatible with Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

What is your warranty policy?

Products purchased from melgeek.com will have a 1-years warranty period after eceiving the order. (MADE series will have a 2-year warranty).

If anything goes wrong with any of the keyboard components during the warranty period, we will replace the keyboard's efective parts, not the whole keyboard.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Please contact our customer support at support@melgeek.com and provide the reason for the return or exchange. Based on the issue, we’ll assist you with a replacement part or a product exchange.

How does the refund process work?

Contact support@melgeek.com with your refund reason. Our team will review and provide after-sales support accordingly.

What should I do if my keyboard is not working?

Make sure to use the original cable to connect your keyboard and open Hive software to check if the keyboard is detected.

What if I have key issues?

Try calibrating and resetting the keyboard first. If the problem persists, please contact customer support for assistance.

How do I pair the keyboard via Bluetooth?

Make sure the keyboard mode is switched to Bluetooth, check if the Bluetooth indicator light is blinking normally.

To clear pairing information, long press BT + number (1-8) keys for about 3-5 seconds.

How do I update firmware?

Check and install updates via Hive software, or contact support to confirm the correct firmware

Where can I download drivers and software?

Our keyboards support most cross-stem (MX-style) keycaps and allow mixing multiple types of switches.
