WARRANTY PERIOD
- All MelGeek products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
- Products in the MADE series enjoy an extended 2-year warranty.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
WARRANTY SERVICE
- During the warranty period, if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will provide replacement parts free of charge.
- If the issue cannot be resolved by replacing parts, we will offer a replacement keyboard or a full refund, depending on the case.
- The final solution will be based on a thorough evaluation by our support team.
WHAT'S NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, water, drops, or improper handling.
- Issues from unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair.
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage (e.g. scratches, fading).
- Damage caused by third-party accessories or unofficial software/firmware.
