Free shipping is available in China Mainland, Hongkong, Macao.
Free US warehouse shipping is available for most of the US areas.
And order over $159, free shipping to South Korea, Japan, Taiwan is available.

3.Order processing time

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
We fulfill orders on Monday-Friday. We are closed on the weekends and on some major holidays. If you place an order on a Friday, please expect your order to be fulfilled the following Monday.

5.Customs and import duties

Please be kindly noted, tax is not included in the order.
You may be subject to applicable customs, import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer/receiver. Additionally, the order may be subject to applicable customs inspections and holds which may cause a delay and are the responsibility of the buyer/receiver to resolve it.
We provide VAT free shipping channels for EU customers. You can choose the very channel at checkout.

6.Order Modifications and Address Changes

If you need to make changes to your order or shipping address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible after the order has been processed.

B. For Taiwanese customers, provide your name and shipping address so that we can arrange the shipment.
