  • Keyboards: 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Accessories (keycaps, switches, cables, etc.): 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.


HOW OUR WARRANTY WORKS

For warranty claims, we generally provide replacement parts (such as PCB, switches, stabilizers, or cables) rather than replacing the entire keyboard. This allows for faster service and helps reduce shipping costs.

Important: The warranty is only valid for orders purchased directly from our official website.

WHAT OUR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, water, drops, or improper handling.
  • Issues from unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair.
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage (e.g. scratches, fading).
  • Damage caused by third-party accessories or unofficial software/firmware.
  • Products purchased from unofficial resellers or third-party websites.
