RETURN POLICY

15-Day Return (No Reason Required)

  • You may request a return within 15 days of receiving the product.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • To start a return, contact service@melgeek.com with your order number.

0–30 Days – Quality Issues

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the product if a manufacturing defect is found.
  • Return Shipping: We cover the shipping cost for quality-related returns.
  • Resolution Process: We will first send replacement parts to resolve the issue. If the problem cannot be fixed with replacement parts, you may request a full product replacement or a refund.

After 30 Days (Within Warranty Period) – Quality Issues Only

  • Returns are not eligible for refund after 30 days.
  • We will provide replacement parts to fix quality issues within the warranty period.
  • Full product replacement or refund is generally not offered unless the product cannot be repaired.

REFUND POLICY

  • 15-Day No-Reason Returns: Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • 0–30 Days Quality Issues: A full refund will be issued if replacement parts cannot resolve the issue. We cover return shipping.
  • 30 Days+ Quality Issues: Refund is not available; only replacement parts are provided.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Typically 5–7 business days after approval.
